WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT MEDITATION, BRAINWAVES, AND BEING:
“The Meditation, Brainwaves, and Being Course, is everything the title promises, and much more: this is an experiential as well as an academic course, with an emphasis on experience. My favorite part of the course was the guided meditations, done in a conference call format. Jerry is a master at doing guided meditations that quite likely will take you places you’ve never been before, or would like to go to again. The course also provides you with all materials you’ll need to understand and dive deeply into this profound scientific/spiritual subject. Not only is it the best CEU course I’ve ever taken, but it is also unique and absolutely one-of-a-kind. I recommend it without reservation.” —Michael Burton, Ph.D. (Philosophy), Licensed Acupuncturist and Astrologer
“I deeply enjoyed the brainwave meditation course. Jerry is an excellent meditation facilitator with a lovely, soothing voice and a capacity to create a space filled with warmth and depth to guide us into multiple levels of consciousness. Each meditation was such a unique journey from the flowing, image-rich alpha states that felt so joyous and connected me back to a childlike sense of wonder to the pure being and eternity meditations that left me with the sense of sacred wholeness and having just returned from a long, deeply rejuvenating vacation. It was wonderful to learn about the different brainwaves and how we could utilize different meditative approaches to support our clients.” – Karen, Licensed Acupuncturist
“This is the best CEU course I’ve ever taken.” – Louise, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
“I attended this course because I am often in a state of high anxiety. I was very pleasantly surprised by it and didn’t expect to like it so much and wanting more. The conference call format was a very relaxed way to learn and made me feel very comfortable. The meditations which were most helpful to me were the one’s training alpha waves with sensual imagery. In coming away from the course I realized that meditation is the key to life. I definitely recommend this course.” – Lauretta, Author, Motivational Speaker, Life Coach
“I really appreciate that I took this course which was very powerful and healing! It helped me release my physical and emotional pains, and heal my heart. Moreover, it supported me to develop the ability to observe self which helped to explore my subconscious. Bringing light from the super-conscious to the subconscious made me feel joy and love. Jerry is a well-informed and patient mentor, and his course is easy to follow and applies for beginners. I highly recommend it.” – Xin, a psychology graduate student from China.
“I was impressed with the comfort I felt participating in this group and what I was able to accomplish in the guided meditations. Each meeting included information about the brainwaves we would be focusing on for that particular day and then one or two guided meditations. The gentleness and patience Jerry demonstrated with each session made this class a success. There were some meditations where I was unable to get my beta waves to subside, and allow more alpha to govern my subconscious, but this helped me understand that meditation is a process and art that is in a constant state of being perfected. I followed Vipassana practices before this class, and believe that it takes practice to get one’s meditation schedule in order. It also takes practice to attain sound states of meditation, regardless of what brainwave surfaces. All in all, I feel that my meditation practice is stronger after participating in this class. I feel subtle shifts occurring in my subconscious. After the sessions I felt relaxed, clear-headed and a lot more appreciative of myself as a conscious human being.” – Rebecca, Licensed Acupuncturist
“It was such a pleasure to take this telecourse in the comfort of my home and, to be earning CEU credits. While thoroughly enjoying the material and meditations, I was learning methods of improving my work with clients as well as my own personal meditation practice. Jerry is a well-informed instructor with excellent teaching skills. I looked forward to each class and highly recommend the course. It’s one of the best I’ve taken in years.” – Linda, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
“This class provided a loving and nurturing space which supported me in a delightful journey of self-exploration. I appreciated the opportunity to connect with others in a beautiful field of consciousness and was reminded of how beneficial it is to meditate with a group of people. The alpha brainwave meditations we did were particularly helpful to my meditation process. Jerry’s guiding, teaching, and resource materials were excellent and significantly improved my understanding of meditation. This course was truly a great way to deepen my meditation skills and I highly recommend it.” – Barbara, Accountant
“This class helped me learn to relax and improve my concentration. I really enjoyed the diversity of people in the course and hearing about their experiences in meditation. I learned to quiet the monkey mind a little bit more.” – Ann, Small Business Owner
“Jerry’s class has opened my eyes to a different level. His class allows me to be aware of what is happening now in me and around me, which gave me opportunities to stay focus on whatever I am engaging and communicate with people much more smoothly. this leads to more productive on my work and has a connection with people deeper.” – Masako, Life Coach, Tokyo, Japan
